What are my shipping and delivery options?

The prices are dinamically calculated based on your location and package size during checkout. Please refer to the listed prices during theckout to get accurate shipping pricing.

Deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If usch cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs and taxes.

Do your prices include EU VAT?

No our prices do not include VAT. During checkout you will be presented with the additional VAT charge. We employ the OSS system which means we charge you VAT and pay the VAT in to your country directly. You can account for those VAT payments the same way as if you purchased the item in your home country.

This means that we charge a variable VAT amount depending on the shipping destination.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
